As a rower, I understand how a team shares equipment and want to keep it in the best shape possible. By using the ErGrip silicone sleeves rowers and athletes can protect equipment and their own health.

In the 1990s I learned to row at ZLAC Rowing Club, the oldest women's rowing club in the world. The hard work and dedication as a Master rower taught me many life skills that I use in my professional and personal life.
The ErGrips I designed with the rowers’ health in mind allow for many to use the same machine and control their own safety and health.
